Particularly with younger people, they're not prepared to do these sorts of jobs for the money on offer anymore.

It doesn't really matter how much you deregulate the jobs market if you can't get people to do the jobs on offer.

Don’t blame anyone for not working for the paltry minimum wage - it’s pathetic! Many young people are working cash in hand plus getting benefits too and don’t blame them. Had to wait over one hour for baggage to come out when returning at the weekend from holiday to be told - nobody wants to work unsociable hours for the minimum wage! I get it! People should stop moaning about the lack of staff and pay people a decent wage!
