He’ll last between 6 months and 2 years at most and then be discarded.

I think there is more going on there then in the public domain.
Tuchel was never satisfied after the whole Abramovich affair. He questioned Chelsea players openly after a recent defeat. Throw in his outburst with Conte recently and he was not happy there.
I thought he had done a good job but I think Chelsea are a spent force for the next few years...

I’m no Brighton fan but it does seem to be a well run club with a system that suits Graham Potter, there’s no guarantee that he will do as well at Chelsea with all their prima donnas. If I was Potter, I wouldn’t go anywhere near Chelsea but money talks. If he does go to Chelsea, I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s gone within 18 months.
