You’d be surprised how architects control projects once they’re given contracts.
It could actually be a blessing in disguise that they’ve been able to go back to the drawing board.

One thing is sure. Not one of the councillors will have enough experience to look at and understand the drawings, the implications involved not being able to get the materials and certainly the contracts written.

Councillors make decisions on information given to them.
