I think you're doing the club a disservice when you say it is a tough challenge. There are infinitely tougher gigs than us, we are in a really healthy place. It is / should be an exciting proposition to many looking to progress their careers (if working lower down the pyramid) or reestablish their credentials (if out of work).

Money will be a factor but there will be applicants that actually want to try and play football and can work with a budget on our level.

All personal preference but an Ainsworth appointment would send out completely the wrong message, to me anyway.

You play type of football to suit players you've got. You've got to be adaptable passing game against some sides against others more direct. I don't want a good loser as next manager such as Hurst.
