Yes, I remember those too. I think Huckleberry Finn might be what I was thinking was Tom Sawyer but they might have been two different series. I know I was in love with the girl who played Becky Thatcher.

I forgot Heidi, Gentle Ben, The Littlest Hobo, and The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams, they were on a lot in the holidays too.

I think this is the one I remember although I never knew it was a BBC production.
