From day one they've been on her case, not just reporting factual events but giving negative opinions throughout their output, news, and programs like " have I got news for you" which now goes beyond satire and targets individuals that they don't like.

I agree Grist. But Gru is right that they should not have sacked Boris in spite of his ridiculously stupid behaviour and appalling judgement on a relatively minor matter (attending social gatherings - acts that would obviously and inevitably be used against him by his enemies).
