    Going down?

I’m generally a glass half full bloke, even with rose tinted glasses on I honestly think we may be doomed to league 1!

There is time to avoid relegation, but whoever takes over as manager will realise we are now in a serious fight. Irrelevant to mention the quality of the squad (!)
For me, there are a number of players who still have this misguided complacency, that they are ex Premiership and opposition sides will be therefore be outplayed. I’m not sure these mislead players have the stomach for the battle that now looms.
It is essential that whoever is appointed, not only recognises this cancer, but is prepared to take action to rectify. I will accept strong management and endeavours to bring on the youngsters, even if initial results disappoint.
Im afraid this core mental attitude of some of the squad, uncritical of their individual performances is cataclysmic.

Totally agree Prando. I would rather see some of the talented youngsters play as I can accept defeat with heart and passion shown!

As Bartley no shame after his previous shocking display then getting sent off? Phillips - Livermore and Reach should be nowhere near the team. 15 million for Grant? Not worth 1500 hundred!!!

I really had a very neutral view of this season.
Based on the summer business and lack of any investment, I actually began to conclude that our only fight would be to stay in this league.
Once the parachute payment stop then the real work begins.

We need experience and passion. Give the kids a good run when we are safe. Otherwise it could be league 1.

Unfortunately, Boingy, there is no passion in the experienced!

Once their contracts are up, the ‘experienced’ will be gone, time for the youngsters to make their mark, plenty of time for them to find their feet and there is surely enough talent there to beat the drop.
