Foxy in the paper making mention to the lack of height of the CB, and that there is nothing he can do about that and the problem of balls coming into the box need to be cut out at source. I agree with the latter part of tht statement. However what he fails to mention is that 2 of the CB are not CB and that there is a possible fix in young Ross graham who has been keeping the bench warm and is over 6’.

I mentioned prematch that teams would exploit our lack of height and Graham should come in.
Behich is getting criticism and maybe he didn't do well but if Graham is playing that cross maybe doesn't even reach Behich.
If Graham is fit, and presumably on the bench says he is, it's nuts that he didn't start at Killie and St Mirren.

9 games, 6 away from home, two weeks ago on 2 pts looking isolated, now off the bottom of table, albeit on goals scored after taking 7 pts from the last 4 games, something we'd all have taken, could and probably should have taken more in Dingwall, couple important home games coming up too before the break plus Pittodrie, then some good looking fixtures over Christmas and new year (all local)
Took a while to work it out as i couldnt figure out the 9 games you talk of, because the bottom line is, the games that really matter are the 12 games we have endured in the league. But seen as you mention the 9.....

Livi away win, 0 points for the league.
Motherwell away draw, only the second point of the season!
    Rankgers away loss,
    St Johnstone away loss,
    Aberdeen home win! Bout time!
Hibs home win! Well i admit i was starting to breath again.
    Coonty away draw,
Killie away loss in the cup, nae semi final, nae points!
St Mirren away loss, 6 points we have handed them!

So thats 2 games that dont matter a jot for the no 1 priority which is to stay in the top flight. Then there are 2 draws and a defeat to teams closest to us, which makes the 2 wins meaningless until we start climbing off the bottom of the league! Then i think about the 2016 esqu keepers, the recruitment mistakes in the summer and i really cannot beat myself into a frenzy!

Im not yet thinking we are doomed as yet, but we have a number of games coming up that are of the must win variety!

For anybody that doesn't think we are in trouble..can I propose that you think of it this way. Imagine that you are a supporter of Motherwell, St Johnstone, Killie, Ross County, Livi or St Mirren......which one team do you currently feel that you could pick up points from? Which team do you reckon that your strikers could bully the defence of? Which team do you think has a weak midfield? Which team do you think you could take a couple of goals off? Which team looks like it has a dodgy keeper? We have become the team that we would have loved playing against last season!
See until we can add a bit of steel to our gameplay..we are going to have teams turn up and think they can walk all over us. Winning games, grinding out results and being tough to break down is what it is going to take to get us dragged out the position we find ourselves in and I am not seeing many signs that we have enough people involved in our club that have the minerals to do that! We arr currently hoping that the teams around us get worse or at the very least..don't improve! This January transfer window is going to be massive for us..but it's a notoriously bad window to get decent players!

All I'm saying is now isn't the time to be feeling like things are hopeless and start ott criticism of team and manager, St Mirren have a very good home record just now, beat Celtic too in the 5 wins

We have scored in every game recently, think our only goal was a consolation pen at Tynecastle after the opening day while getting thumped each game, we are getting back into games when going behind now, two things that have got better, we had 1 point before Fox took over

Last 6 games form table even with 3 narrow defeats sees us mid table

Outwith the uglies its very tight just now
    Livi 10 pts gf 5 ga 4
    Sheep 10 pts gf 10 ga 10
    Stmurn 10 pts gf 6 ga 9
    Hibs 9 pts gf 8 ga 10
    Killie 8 pts ga 6 8 ga
    Utd 7 pts gf 9 ga 7
    St J 7 pts gf 6 ga 7
    RossC 5 pts gf 2 ga 9
    Hearts 4 pts gf 8 ga 13
    Mwell 3 pts gf 8 ga 10

Don't think anyone had said we aren't in trouble? Not that I've seen, certainly not as much as we were and plenty little signs that we can get out of it in my opinion, but then I haver forgotten the three games pre Killie, the home games in particular were hugely encouraging, suggests we can make Tannadice a tough place to come, first goal is key of course

Grinding out results got slagged off all last season, agree we need to do that but we are still going to lose games away from home in particular, especially if Eriksson is a poor as he was for that opener

If the players decide to turn up and put in a shift right from the start of games then we have a great chance of climbing the league.
However on evidence so far, we are back to hoping we are less sh!t than at least 2 others.
Fortunately our next game is against a team who have been more sh!t than us lately.
Lose that, then no excuses, we're in trouble.

Have they been though? Most reports I’ve read have been that Motherwell have been generally very unlucky latterly with results not reflecting how they’ve actually played. So, as per, when things haven’t been quite going for you recently, up pops United……………….

Worst team in the league at home. Best team in the league outwith the OF away from home.

Just to give us some encouragement for their visit. 😎

Meanwhile at the other end Carson goes AWOL & we really should have scored to go one up.
you no think he should have done better at all 3 goals (including their VAR goal as IMO that should have been saved too)
