It's incredibly difficult to discover just what, in any sort of detail, he was actually fined for. The best I can come up with is that he attended an indoor gathering of more than two people, which was not allowed under the regs. As far as I can ascertain, he was in attendance for ten minutes and ate a slice of cake. I don't know about Bolton mon ami, but this does not resemble any party I've ever been to, you'll know better than me, but if this is what passes for partying in Bolton, then I can only suggest you lead sad, little lives and need to get out a bit more, possibly in the Ribble Valley.
