    Internal Recruitment Changes

I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere but our former lead recruitment analyst Daniel Knellar left the club last month after 2 years at the club and has been replaced by Josh Hacker who has worked for Football Radar for 7 years. Interestingly, Josh's job prior to that was a performance analyst at Swindon Town during Luke Williams tenure there as assistant.

Mark Guarnieri is listed on FM23 as our other performance analyst who joined this summer but his Linkedin still has him working as a data scientist at radar.

They'll certainly have their work cut out next summer anyway. With the exception of this summer's recruits only Brindley is left under contract.

It's not usually bang on but the wages in FM tend to be pretty accurate. It has our highest earners listed as Ruben and Baldwin on £1500 p/w with a total squad cost of about £17k a week - whilst Wrexham have 11 players on above £2000 p/w and their top 4 earners racking up £17k. Even if they're 20% off it shows what a great job the owners are doing getting value for money.

I am not trying to pick fault but I would be interested to know how you know it is accurate with wages in the lower leagues? Not withstanding yes I would agree they will have their work cut out and we do get good value for money for the most part.

I would think those figures are very close, going on what I was told by someone who nearly signed in the Summer

I have 2 pals on the game and they're about £150 off one and bang on with the other.

Hahaha. One's got recurring injury issues so with the cost of living you never know what the future holds.
