Cayman is mainly structured finance and mutual funds that are all legitimate and nothing to do with tax evasion. The OECD has expressed the view that the Cayman Islands assist in global capital flows in a positive manner, facilitating global investment.
Were there many other Burnley fans in Cayman Swiss, or was the Burnley Fan Club AGM a rather lonely affair ?
