I've not seen an image that shows he was 100%, definitely on-side when the shot is struck. VAR might clear it up but Wood is reaching back to meet the player, so I'm not convinced all of the player is on-side, unless Harding was playing him on.

Would VAR go back to the throw that wasn't theirs and the sending off that wasn't.
