Thread: Ben Mee revisited...

    Ben Mee revisited...

Ben is currently shouting his mouth off on various media sites about how his relationship ended at Burnley.

Just my own opinion but jump on "Do One Airlines" Ben and enjoy your footy at Brentford and leave us alone.

Hope to take six points off you next season...

Made my weekend last week did Ben, scored with a cracking volley and then wound up Costa the Clown so well that he got himself sent off.

Shameful way to treat a player who had been here for so long, nothing wrong with a bit of decency and respect, but that's money-grubbing Yanks for you, it wouldn't have happened like that, if that nice Mr Kilby had anything to do with it.

I'm amazed at the lack of dialogue.

Wasn’t entirely complimentary about Dyche , said no new players , and no new ideas were the reasons we went down - after several seasons of much of the same.

I think that sums up the sequence of events pretty well, but I would add something on at the a start, which impacted everything that followed.

No new money, no new players, no new ideas and down you go. Ben isn't telling us anything we didn't know, it panned out exactly as several of us om here had been saying it would. Once Garlick started holding the money back, it was only ever a matter of when, not if.

So true Sinky, you didn't have to be Nostradamus to see where things were heading. Alto had him bang to rights or a few years. (God rest his soul)

Don’t know if you saw or heard the Ben Mee podcast Sinkov but it was removed pretty sharpish , and I can’t find it .
I sit with a guy at Turf who listened to it , but he said it was quite damming , and I can’t see it tbh.

I really think Ben needs to stop talking and do what he's pretty good at - playing football.

No haven't heard it army. If it ever surfaces again I'd love to listen to it.

Here you go sinkov, hopefully. Doesn't say much that surprised me to be honest. He gives his opinion without saying a lot about the things happening at the club.
