    Bruce

Todays performance just shows how bad Bruce was with his lack of tactics, game plans and basic coaching, the guys a fraud of the highest order, I hope him and his son never resurface to ruin another football club, thought Pulis and Pardew were bad but Bruce tops them both for me

Loved the desire and wanting it in the last two games!

Before his first game with us Corberan talked about the need to compete far more, work as a team and the importance of getting the fans on board and behind them. Looks like he is beginning to deliver on this.

We do not have an established natural goal scorer (at this level) but we do have sufficient quality in this squad to be in the top half of the table. Being a manager-in any sector-is about getting the best results from the resources available to you. On this account alone (as if we didn't know it) Bruce c a n be said to have failed miserably.

Have to laugh how one of our most successful managers (Pulis) keeps getting lumped in with really poor managers. Pulis was not an exciting football manager. He made his teams hard to beat on a budget. Something the likes of Alex Ferguson couldn’t do. I’ve got some great memories of great results against the “big boys” who hated playing his teams. It’s not my kind of football but it was effective. He’s one of a kind.

It got to a point where the Pulis team became a difficult watch, the first twenty minutes felt like the full ninety! I used to think that I should have stayed in the pub!

Didn’t dislike Pulis in his first season but parking the bus at teams we should have beat was idiotic. Get why so many disliked him as many go to matches to be entertained and not to see one shot at goal!

Pulis ruined our club with his ‘root and branch’ plan, as he did with Boro, who still haven’t recovered, the only place to see sense was Sheff Wed who got rid before he could do any damage
His fixation with 6’ 4” players was disturbing, also the clown couldn’t spot a player in a million years, Gnabry for one
I for one virtually lost the will to live with his turgid ‘football’

The funny thing about Pulis was he never played the style here that he did at Stoke. His teams were dour and cynical but at Stoke they broke quickly on the counter. Never saw that employed here.

Pulis ruined football for me. Saw his dour football, left it to him and I haven’t been back! Before all of you moan about armchair supporters this is a man and boy supporter for over 60 years, season ticket holder for twenty years and. I never missed a match home or away in my early twenties.
Football under Pulis was total sh*t and I just gave up. The Baggies decline since then has been pitiful to see and Bruce has got to be one, if not the worst, manager I’ve ever seen. Boy am I glad he’s gone, but is the damage done recoverable with the cr*ap heirachy in place now?

I agree with you but we knew what we were getting, the person who chose him was just protecting his massive pay off.
