A draw would be a good result but will see us losing top spot on Wednesday unfortunately.

    Head: Southend 2 - 1 Notts
    Heart: Southend 1 - 1 Notts

Langstaff ti get back on the score sheet.

We are under embargos more often than we're not!! A High Court winding up petition is due for the 9th of November 22 for which we believe slippery Ron Martin, our chairman, has a cunning plan and the dosh, to wriggle out of again. Current score is SUFC 10 - HMRC 0. When he coughs up, the current embargo should be lifted. The fact that we are making progress on the playing front is a testimony to our coaching and back room staff including John Still and Stan Collymore. Off topic, but now you know.

Too tight to call for this one I think. Maher will offer praise if you play well, win or lose.

We need to put last weeks draw to bed, this is unbelievably tricky but I trust the boys have enough to gain all 3 points....

Really impressed with Luke and his team so far. Could be a potential banana skin this one though. Sarfend in form and decent at home.

Champions win these games, doesn’t matter if they play well, they win. Have we got it in us…question marks on our mentality still exist, beating Southend tomorrow would be a big step in the right direction. That being said, I can’t see it at the minute.

    Sarrffennnd 2 - 1 Notts

And then wrexham will go top on Wed's and will take some moving from there so notts have to win.

We've shifted 5544 home seat sales so far and will probably get near to the 6k mark by kick-off time with walk ups. So, if you guys bring down 350+ there should be a great atmosphere and noise, and that will also be a good number considering BT Sport are grabbing a piece of the action. Getting excited! Moving from 1-1 to 2-1 full time result.
