Tuesday/Wednesday night (November 8th/9th ) games of interest

If you're looking for a slight uplift about tomorrow night at The Lane, at least four others below us are also playing away from home so hopefully they also have a tough time of it. Also three playing at home also not currently comfortable in the League.

Birmingham City v Swansea City
Blackpool v Middlesbrough.........Both currently below us so something has to give.
Cardiff City v Hull City
Coventry City v Wigan Athletic.......... City only 1 point above us so another tight game.
Queens Park Rangers v Huddersfield Town.......... Come on QPR
Stoke City v Luton Town........ Stoke having a bad run of late and long may it continue.

Whatever happens I know our lads will give their all and make us proud.

Grist, not really fella. We aren't in a position at this very moment, (tomorrow night) to be looking at teams above us due to our injury list or who we can put out there. Maybe in the future after the World Cup has ended, maybe then we can start to look above and not feel as drawn into a dog fight as it's already becoming.

I notice tonight a certain Mr. Warne is taking his team to Liverpool in the League Cup. Coincidentally it is one day short of the 40th anniversary of our trip there where we gave a good account of ourselves in the 1-0 defeat against a lineup of:-
