Williamson gone (again!) QPR, and Sheffield United both lost and Braverman (again!) is next for the chop. Oh! & The Clarets miss a potential trip on a banana skin.

QPR lost at home to bottom club Huddersfield. Good. Never forgiven them for signing Dave Thomas off us in Oct 1972. What were we thinking?
To make matters even worse warminster Harry went and nicked our centre forward. SD was very unhappy when Charlie left for Loftus Road but apparently, we were so skint our financial wellbeing depended on the £5 million we got for Mr Austin.
And people moan about ALK.![]()
Some journo was asked a couple of minutes ago what Starmer should go on at PMQs, all six questions should be on Williamson, he said. With all the problems we face, potential nuclear war with Russia, the economy falling into recession, billions of pounds of debt, the lights going out this winter, diesel nearly £2 a gallon with all the inflationary pressures that brings and all the political class want discuss is some no mark called Williamson.
There, in a nutshell, is all you need to know about the complete and utter irrelevance of party politics in this country.
Much as I admire your renewed belief in the Labour Party BT , it really is as Sinkov says and I’ve been saying for so long that all politicians care about is number 1 , let’s not forget also that Labour has a big hand in where we are today - Mr Blair has an awful lot to answer for and yet is walking around Scott free.
As we said before they’re all the same - but I know we’ll be worse as a country under the Labour tenure, the toxic party comments are a little wearing tbh.
I'm very curious as to how you could believe we would be worse off under the labour party?
I wish i was wealthy enough to get the most of the tory leadership but unfortunately I'm not and i doubt i ever will be. I don't know nor want to know the social status of anyone on this forum but if you're working class even middle class and vote Tory it's like shooting yourself and your mates in the foot.
Reality is that I’m self employed my own business if you like and Labour are never good for business ( traditionally ) that is , they’ll also spend spend spend and taxes will Rise a lot because as i always say there is only ever one pot of money - as with all political parties and tenure some public will gain while others are punished to pay for the in balance elsewhere.
I’m not en hammered with the Tories in the last 12/18 months either, but Im confident the outcome of brexit and pandemic would have been worse under Labour ( to be fair to the Tories they didn’t ask/ deserve that card dealt).
We are as a country leaking money like it’s going out of fashion, with the NHS and immigration two black holes they’ll never fill until someone actually gets a grip and stops/ controls what’s happening- it’s bad now but under a Labour government these two issues alone will destroy the country, the way they’re run now is bad enough but the black hole will just get bigger.
So class/ social standing I suppose does matter if your right at the top or right at the bottom , experience tells me them right in the middle end up paying especially under Labour,
Having said all of that the Labour Party today is more conservative than it’s ever been , you only have to look at the MPs - wages how they work - be honest now they’re nearly identical aren’t they , the working class man’s party is long gone a distant blur.
They’re all on the take and me me me me me as much as any conservative- liberal or monster raving loony party member - sadly society has dropped the bar and everyone is the same they only care about them and that’s from politicians down so we’re Fecked whoever is so called in charge of running the country.
