Yup I tend to agree with this ^^ .With today's ruling we know now that we are not in a Union and never really have been. Of course the more enlightened amon g us have always known this. So now it couldn't be more clearer to the No voters and undecicided's that they are indeed NOT in a fair equal Union, So as a sovereign Nation what the feck are we ? if not in a supposed equal political Union ? one word ..Colony. So spot on Mr Mason the position is now as clear as day.

There are/were many types of No voters in 2014, You had the so called Soft No's who's hearts said Yes but Head No, There were those who bottled it under an avalanche of treats and negativity from the rUK. Then you had the hard-core Nos who are ..the Orange Order, Tory Members, Rangers supporters, and English retiree's living in big house's in rural Scotland, Its the latter who will be filled with glee tonight. Almost the day after the 2014 referendum the English lies were being exposed, And the plain truth is there will always be something going on in the world it's a total moot point to make. Today's ruling will not add support for the Union it will detract, where as support for Indy will grow.
