Good half. For those of us expecting Senegal to play like that and really hurry us with their mobility and pressing, whilst keeping a solid defence shape, there was no surprise that we struggled. But the decision to allow Bellingham to maraude without worrying about holding back paid off well. Henderson is great leader of the young players and well done Southgate for picking him. Worrying defensively though. Expected Senegal to frustrate but they should have scored first. They will be our undoing not our forward play

Well I must say we were poor up until our first goal. We were doing too much tip-tap at the back and inviting Senegal onto us. When we go forward and take the game to them they don't know what's hit 'em. More attacking and less messing about at the back this half. They've made three subs and they've got to go for it now which should create more spaces for England.
