Just real the statement and just full of the sort of corporate bullsh*t I despise
Whilst I do believe the arguments for the council to take some of the costs it is a tough sell in the current economic climate and we need a mechanism in place to ensure tax payers is not frittered away and possibly make money from it. ACC have been burned many times over the years financially with these types of development plans.
I don't believe it would be cheaper to build it at West hill as I don't think the council would charge us for land and that would be the only major difference.

So abz cūnt cooncil have said today afc will nedd to pay the full costs of the stadium! Abz Council are utter pricks!! I'll be outa abz by 2024 thankfully the city is a massive depression state! City has been tottaly ruined by those council fūcks since the 80s!!

I'm not one to go on about global warming.

I think we're f'ucked so might as well go out with a party.

But however I look at it, it doesn't seem that bright to build a new stadium that close to the sea.

Not that I'm supporting Westhills but just saying like.

Cut the costs and just build the stadium beside the training facilities. You never know…the council might change their mind and offer something if we keep it near the beach.

At an average rise of 3mm pa (or a foot every 100 years in old money), most of us on here I doubt will ever see more than an inch or two of a rise (in the sea level I mean!) 😪

Better just to bide at Pittodrie then.

The cooncil can just allow us to build over Pittodrie Street to make up for all their s'hite.
