Is it a coincidence that many views on here, stating with conviction, that the public are brainwashed, are themselves seemingly repeating without amendment, the views of GB News and the mainstream right wing press?

Too many using the system and more being added every day.

Not just NHS, also transport, schools and other important services.
But how does that fly in the face of reality Grist , it's not just the NHS that can't fill vacancies .

Where are all these workers going to come from ?

As you rightly point out the infrastructure isn't adequate and what's more no government has ever successfully tackled it .

Both the two major political parties are globalist and can't be separated on this despite their flag shagging sound bites , immigration is higher than it was whilst we were EU members .

One of the most desirable country's to emigrate to is absolutely huge and yet Australia is capable of protecting its borders and decides what immigrants it wants and what it doesn't in order to maintain its infrastructure standards and what kind of economy it wants to be .

Only in the UK could they be a million jobs available , the vast majority of which don't pay too well and it's potential candidates can't find anywhere affordable to live or find a school for their kids and it's probably not a good idea to be ill either .

Yet at the next election one of these failed and utterly useless party's will be given another go .

No idea to be honest I don't follow them. Most of what I see is from the TV companies.

It's not just here that has problems, the EU has problems, the USA has problems, high inflation, high food prices. They also have health service problems due to more older people, obesity, immigration, but they're not as bad as the antiquated NHS.

If you're going to try and take the higher ground just point fingers and name names.

You repeatedly throw this argument into threads. You're not the only one. Do you really believe your smarter than everyone who has a different view to yourself?

You might not like some people's views but to be so dismissive of them with the constant pigeon holing is tiresome.

I'll stand by my previous comments and state with conviction, that anyone who believes throwing large pots of money at the NHS will fix it is brainwashed. It's a political football that wins votes. If that get's Labour in power this time so be it. They won't improve it when they do.

That's proven by the fact that NHS Scotland and in particular, NHS Wales, are run even worse than NHS England.

People in Wales go over the border it's that bad.

    I agree

Tell me this, if GB News reports net migration this year is 504000 and the BBC report the same figure is the " right wing" GB News figure incorrect?

And yet the most vile and vindictive words I read are reserved for the good old Guardian comments section reserved for anyone who had the cheek to vote a different way to them in a democratic referendum .

Absolute bile from the majority of supposedly educated people holding down decent jobs .

LBC's James O'Brien screaming from his daily morning pulpit questioning people's education or lack of it whilst stoking the flames of North London middle class warfare .

The Labour Party haven't the vision or talent to make any significant difference to the fortunes of this country other than stick the odd plaster here and there .

Protected the same as the other lot by a voting system designed to maintain the status quo .

You're bang right about the funding. Increased funding will just inflate the profits of the multitude of private "run for profit" business that infest our health service under the NHS banner. The flow of wealth to the super rich will just increase.

We can all argue the toss about funding, overcrowding, selfish workers etc. The bottom line is that the problems in this country are almost solely down to the inequality in how the wealth is apportioned. Improperly funded public services, extortionate house prices, extortionate rents, rampant inflation, low wages, 12 years of austerity, food banks, creaking NHS, filthy rivers, inefficient public services etc. etc. There's a massive wealth grab going off and these are all the symptoms. I've no idea how to fix it, but until it's recognised and discussed (which it still largely isn't) then there's no hope of any change.

Diverting more wealth to the super-rich (which is what's happening) means they just buy up more assets which just inflates the cost of everything else for the rest of us (which is what's happening). It's not rocket science.

12 years of this sh1t and still nobody calls out this f uc king government. Unbelievable.
