What I find strange is this "We haven't become a bad team overnight" that he keeps peddling, granted we have played some nice football very early in the season but when can we honestly say that we were a good team under him?
In the last 8 games we have won 2 and lost 6 with scoring 11 and conceding 16, this says to me that Jim is actually quite correct, we've been a bad team for a long time now and with his ability to sap any confidence the players may have had in their own ability (Celtic game) then I struggle to see just how he can turn this around.
We've got Ross County then St Johnstone at home before the semi, lets be honest we're not getting to a league cup final either with Jim or a new manager so this would be the ideal time to cut our losses. Punt him and his staff and put Barry Robson in the hotseat for a few games while actual due diligence is carried out this time to get a manager that we should've had after McInnes left. This gives any new manager time to assess the squad and make any signings before the window slams shut.
