I’m pretty sure that it was his elbow that was offside.

At half time I thought we were really struggling in the final third creating chances and Miovski looks well off it at the moment. We won it in the second half though so I am pleased with that. Shinnie definitely gives us that big extra in the midfield and Ramadani looked better for it also. St.Johnstone are rank…but that is Scottish football as such. We have to be more convincing beating these type of teams and it will have us better equipped when we play against the better football teams in the league (admittedly that is not many). Pity we didn’t get to see Myslovic today but there is always next week.

Thought we deserved that today. Solid all round performance with the exception of Miovski who was honking. Should have been at least 3-0. McCrorie was my man of the match, followed by Shinnie and Duk.

In my view the rule should be changed such that offside is given if the attackers torso is in advance of the defenders torso to the extent that there is daylight between them. Then if torso's are level then onside. Advantage to the attacking team.

We have to remember that the original rule meant that level was offside.

    I agree though

What a difference having a real Captain makes to a team. OK so Shinnie didn't wear the armband, but no doubt who bossed us today and getting the ref telt. I thought the BITB was honking today.

More anti-football on show today from St Johnstone, not quite as bad as County on Monday, but not nice to watch for 90 minutes.

Not got a clue if Duks opener was offside or not from where I sit, so I have to go with it. Great work from Shinnie that eventually led to the goal too.

We were shyte prior to the goal and the goal was badly needed and the second was well deserved too. We really need to drop Miovski for his own good and give Ramirez a go up front. I like Miovski and he will come good again, but you could see his confidence is gone at the moment and it is even more frustrating when we have a decent enough striker to come in for him. I do wonder if he has a clause in the contract that states he has to start.

My MOTM match today was Shinnie, just for being Shinnie and giving us a bit of passion on the park. I thought McRorie and Ramadani had a good game and of course Duk, always going to be something happens when he is on the park.

I wish to f**k they would stop this playing it out from the back nonsense, we put too much pressure on ourselves at time and passing it backwards as well from midfield positions, just f**king stop it. Fine enough if you have defenders who can play a bit, but never going to work when you have Stewart at the back, Roos isn't too good at it either in my opinion and that is why he got the nod over Joe.

I didn't see how he did when he came out for the warm up, but got a few cheers and claps when announced on the tannoy.

How did Stewart play today? Any better with a bit of stability in the team with the arrival of Shinnie?
