    I can't really BT. Just my own thought that popped up when I seen it. I think we have moved on and won't go back to a manager without a bit of X factor whilst A Pace is in charge.

    I doubt being 'One of Our Own' will be high on the list of attributes Mr Pace will be looking for in our next manager.
