    Austria and Germany??? My God.

If he is clueless and results don’t go our way then away he goes, no one knows better then him. Until then I refuse to call him, yes.
Who would you imagine replaces him?

    Call him what?

This is a forum so we cannot say what we think now? I have seen us play a few times and it is shocking how poor we are defensively - it’s like Groundhog Day and his subs and reading of the game make no sense.

I don’t dislike him I just don’t think he is the right manager. I would be delighted if he turns it around I just don’t happen to think it is likely.

Who would I replace him with - there are quite a few options to consider some might be less likely but Pochetino, Kompany, Potter if Chelsea let him go, Genesio, Terzic, Thomas Frank, Silva, Vieira to name but a few. Job for the board to carefully consider but there lots of possible options out there for whom the PL and/or Leeds would be.

I am not dissing him for the sake of it and have stuck up for a lot of players like Rodrigo, Roca and Koch. I just don’t think he is the one.

    I think you said clueless…

Also who would ‘want’ to come here? There is around 6 clubs who could be managerless within the next few weeks.

Bit of a strange comment about who would want to come here, George. Particularly when you denounce anyone for hinting that the club isn't going so well at present. 🤔

You said you refused to call him - but didn’t say what

Sure lots would jump at the chance of managing Leeds. Great crowd, pretty good squad, young players coming through, adoration for anyone with the ability to get us comfortably mid table and above.

We do have an idea of what goes on in the dressing room as there is fair amount of you tube footage of him in Austria and Germany. He is fcuking clueless.

For all your defending of Jesse - we are in no better position that last year - there is no sign of defensive improvement notwithstanding a transfer layout of 150m.

I hope he succeeds and if he does will praise him but the evidence of matches suggests he won’t.
Not sure where all the "heat and light" has come from?

I've watched the forum comments over my "quiet" times, and FWIW I think there is a greater unanimity now than there ever was, although that degree of "all on the same page" is much less positive than it has been in the past. I can't say I'm happy that the majority of comments are critical of the club (yes, honestly!), but by the same token I can't disagree with the majority.

We have a coach who really isn't good enough, is out of his depth (almost like Hockaday) and owes his position to the baleful influence of the 49ers. Their presence is a little like the guy who turns up at your door to announce that HS2 will pass close to your house, but not close enough to allow you to claim compensation (non-UK folks do a google on HS2!), they dominate everything, without taking any responsibility for anything.

Back to the present.....and tin hat time on, but I'd have Dyche tomorrow, even if only for this season and next. He WOULD keep us up, he HAS worked miracles with a shoe-string budget and a revenue stream that makes LUFC look positively rich. Perfect? No. Adequate (and better than what we have)? You betcha.

Like his style of play or not (not always the greatest fan of how his teams play) I agree Dyche is a proven manager who understands the fundamentals of the game. I would have more faith in him making the most of this squad - the rule changes allowing a bit more leeway to tackling would suit him too.

Ditto Thomas Franks who makes the most of limited possession and sets his team up to defend.

Desperate for Jesse to get it right but it just doesn't feel like he will.

Needs a Cup win and 3 pts this week...as we all do.

IF it's a Cup loss and nil pts then.....

Think the worst thing that can happen for the club is a cup win and 3 pts. Then Ted would get another 4 or 5 games where we pick up a couple of pts (maybe), at which point we will be in a proper relegation fight with less games for a new manager to help dig us out.

Sorry, very negative but at this point I am done with Ted, he just isn't good enough imo.
