The lad from the states flew in. Had a look then said no thanks. I read he was at Wigan last week. No signing conformation as yet

I don't think the club can say they have backed the manager if they don't bring in the players he has asked for.

If MT said he wants Player A, recruitment either agree a fee with his club or make contact with his agent etc, terms are what the Player is looking for, Player A decides he doesn't want to sign for us, but goes somewhere else.

Oh come on, we are all aware there are many reasons a player doesn’t appear on our books including the ones that MIllersTime has stated. I could say that you’re not backing the club by being negative.
