Makes sense for them to trim back to cheaper programs and less expensive production costs.

I went to the same 2 schools as Clarkson,I never knew him because he is 7 years older than me.I think he states that he was bullied at Repton where first year pupils were called 'Stigs',hence where the name for the test driver on Top Gear came from! The surprise for me in all of this is his grovelling back tracking and apology after apology.If you truly believe in what you say why u-turn on it if the mass consensus is against you? It makes a mockery of what he is supposed to be..........provocative and divisive.

Yep, Clarkson has been playing the system like an old fiddle. He knows how easy it is to manipulate.
