They have a point considering they have won the same amount of trophies as we have this century.
St Mirren have still had more relegations than trophies this century, so we can still claim non diddy status for a while yet. I'll accept we have been Shyte, but at least we have never been relegated from the top league.

Managers, like players, take time to develop and improve with experience.

One of the main Goodwin red flags is his abominable PR.
I've no idea what goes on at training, I've no idea how much input Goodwin has in terms of recruitment.
But I do know that his PR and media dealings have fallen short and have gotten worse.
I also know that the "easily fixed" defensive issues have been anything but fixed, easily or otherwise.

Yesterday was an odd game, we get one we probably win two or three.
We dominated without being brilliant, but still had a few @rse clenching moments due to comedy defending.

The quality of the crossing, the final ball, the finishing were all abject in the extreme.

I wonder about the long term strategy, the myriad of summer signings are looking scattergun with the benefit of hindsight.

It doesn't look like we're pulling the trigger on Goodwin just now, so this window is absolutely massive.

As I said earlier, at a club the size of Aberdeen, the manager would not have a massive amount of hands-on input into the scouting and practicalities of recruitment.

We get this window wrong, there's every chance we get dragged into the bottom six scrap and I don't know if I've seen enough b0ll0cks from this "group" to get out of that.

I don't think it was ever going to be an easy season due to the turnover of players and signing so many unknown players with no experience in our league. I cannot help think now that keeping Considine would have been good for us as his experience would have helped our unsettled back line. I wasn't overly fussed when he went and not wanting to start anything about him going being right or wrong, but I just feel now with the help of our ols friend hindsight that it would have been better to keep him as I think our defence is still rank rotten.

I think there is quality in the squad, but certainly need to ship out a few and bring in a few, especially defence. Whilst Kennedy has been doing well, I think we all know we need to improve on players like him if we want to improve as a club and I really hope Goodwin doesn't offer him a new deal based on the last few games.

I thought we would be having a good season if we got top six and had a decent cup runs and I still stand by that decision knowing that fans like myself are the reason the club is rank and that I am a major factor in us being crap. (Just thought I would say that to save the usual suspects from having to type it).

Seeing and hearing the boos aimed at Goodwin by more than a few of our fans yesterday after the games makes me think he doesn't have that much longer left at the club, that said though we do have a few fans that like to boo for no real reason and suspect it would the case regardless of whoever our manager is.

Jim McIntyre’s available now that The NE’s Most Entitled Boorish Waankers XI has binned him.

Just add him to the list, since he’s at least someone of whom I’ve heard according to my “if it’s nae the Dons or Keith, I dinna give a fuuck” philosophy of fitba.

Will Jim Goodwin see out the day as Aberdeen manager….if the rumours are to be believed, he is away.

That would be ace. Consistently putting non defenders in defensive positions is not big and not clever. If you try to run before you walk…you trip up. And he has tripped up too many times, that he no longer has a nose to spite his face.

    The obvious answer is:

“She went of her own accord”
