The belief that this lot have and the belief of the Turf Moor loyal means anything is possible if we can keep hold of VK.

Sat around us are about twenty Clarets Mad loyalists and we all thought we would win the game even after a dodgy first half. The Claret & Blue wave of attacks and the number of crosses that went into the Baggies penalty box meant no other result was even possible UTC#

This season is as good as it gets, but when Dyche had a sensibly funded PL squad he took us into Europe, so there is no reason to suppose VK cannot do the same. I much prefer the Championship, I don't relish the thought of us playing in the PL again, but there's no reason to fear it, we can survive and prosper, as have Brentford and Brighton, and as we did before for a while under Dyche.

But as BT alludes to, this is conditional on the continuation of VK as Burnley manager. He appears to be in a good place at the moment, these are his players, his team, they're playing out of their skins for him and he's loving every minute of it. It can't last forever, but hopefully he will at least establish us in the PL before he's head-hunted for a much bigger project.
