Football is all about statistics , and even with the Head Coach's disapproval , delighted to see ncfcog is already in place to right the wrong and correct the inaccurate.

Also important is the interaction with fans with a designated media man, I suggest Swale. Nice positive voice coming from the club.

After the blink and you missed it resignation by AC, then I'd propose Jacob or Jackal would be good in that role.

    State of play then

    Head coach: Durham
    Assistant coach: Laddo
    Analyst: Ncfcog
    Director of Football: Jacob/Jackal
    Media Liaison; Swale
    Mascot: Glad2BeaPie
Nodding Dog: Irishpete (was that what you wanted?)

    Vacant

    Set piece coach
    Goalkeeping coach
    Physio
    Sports psychologist
    Kit man
    Groundsman
    Cheerleader(s)
    Cook
    Toilet attendant
    Head of Recruitment

Fear it might already be something of a toxic workplace, but that's Vince's problem

I was struggling to see where I could find a place in this regime, but now I can see my position. I wish to apply for the dual role of ego management consultant and spellchecker to the assistant coach.

I realise it's not a common role in the game, but it's a crucial one if this set up is going to work.

Blimey! I wondered why I got that letter from Dale Vince!

I think I'll leave it to Jacob though. I'm not going anywhere that's meat-free!

As Head Coach I will decide who gets those jobs. So Just stick to being my assistant.

I think you would make a better physio - if only for your unerring ability to throw cold water on everything.
