Yeah, that’s something to take into account for sure.

Still remember how Gerrard and his family were threatened when there was rumours of a move to Chelsea years back… if some dimlows are threatening Gordon already then it might explain why he is pushing for a move… the way he is doing it is wrong but he is still a young lad.

The concern now is will the same idiots also threaten his family, and result in the deal collapsing without any time to bring in another reinforcement? Don’t think we should panic buy, and don’t know if the club have any other slow burn irons in fires they can accelerate, but a boost to crack on for the rest of the season would be handy.

Did see that Gordon did turn up for training this morning also… so maybe someone had talked a bit of sense into him/he’s not daft enough to stay away.

A bit like a Bellamy character isn't he. You either like him or loathe him.

Looks like they're going for Dyche. Unusually sensible (for them) and Probably the best choice for their predicament.

We have agreed a fee of around £45 million according to SkySports:

Scored 7 in 65 and 4 in 35 last season (his best) He is very young though.

Scouse mackems have edited his Wikipedia page "Anthony Michael Gordon is an overrated English professional footballer who plays as a forward for premier League club Everton"

If Eddie rates him he will have plans for Gordon, not necessarily as a traditional winger.

A yes from me but only as a squad player until he proves himself and at the right price. 40 or even 35 is way too much. 25 sounds about right to me.

Whether you like him or loathe him that's what we need. Especially at his age, there's plenty of time for EH to adapt him provided that he's a keen learner.
