I’ve met Robson a few times and he doesn’t seem to be the brightest of guys, don’t think he has it in him to be a manager.

Cormack needs to get the new manager in by the end of next month, gives him time to assess who he needs to get rid of before next season.

Which at the moment seems like most of the players.
No idea how Robson gets on, but do hope it works enough to allow us not to rush any appointment.

The fact he has brought in an assistant suggests he may be at the helm for a while.

I just hope they can sort out our defensive shambles quickly.

Chris Wilder would be my first choice, but we need a clear out from top to bottom so it is going to be a long time to get where we want to be.

Not saying that we should be rushing into appointing someone but this shouldn’t be until the end of the season,it’s still January so surely Cormack doesn’t need 4 months to find a manager.

Don’t really take much notice of the youth teams but other forums are talking about the results haven’t been that great under Robson, appreciate it’s not just about that with youth teams but I don’t think Robson is anything other than a quick temporary solution.

I would imagine Robson will be there to oversee things until a new manager is appointed similar to what happened last time but I can’t remember how he got on last time?

I would like to think we would take a bit longer this time and try and get the right man in unless the prawcess had already begun before JG was punted.

He was only in charge for one match drawing 1-1 at home with St Johnstone

Wilder would be worth a look but I get the impression he wouldn’t put up with Cormack’s interfering.

I think it was Paul Sheerin that was in charge with Barry as his assistant after McInnes was sacked
