O/T:- Information regarding the Handbags Thread.

I have deleted the Handbags Thread. It was intended to be a place for occasionally feuding loons to take their arguments and settle them away from the rest of the board.

Unfortunately some have taken it to be a place to continue their petty squabbles and catfights ad infinitum. As your temporary moderator I don't have time to trawl through all that nonsense unpaid and unrewarded, so, as of today, it is no more.

To those who were its regular users, please DO NOT bring any more of that nonsense to the main board's threads. If you do, you'll do it only once and there will be no appeals.

Never bother with it myself Gump but I think Swales point is that he still has to waste time Modding it just in case anyone goes OTT & gets the board shut down, it has never completely stopped all the childish games on threads but I think it helped for those of us that don't want to read it.

Good decision i had a look at that thread, and it looked to be heading into dangerous waters with the personal insults. Having a thread for it only encouraged people to get into unnecessary arguments imo.
