    Alty have looked the better team to me so far tbh. Hit the bar and generally used the ball better. I'm surprised how easily Wrexham give the ball away, relative to the quality of player they've got.

    It was so utterly biased it could not just be incompetence.
    Really decent performance from Notts. Aside from a few silly mistakes we never looked in any real danger, and again created enough chances to win even when it was 12 against 10.
    Yet another excellent result ground out today.

    April 1972, 6 years before Rayo bagged his first spot kick for Notts.
    I'd forgotten Rayo had a spell on loan at Derby County inbetween his last game for us and moving on to Boston United. He was Notts' longest serving first team player at the time I first started watching them, followed by Pedro, Benji and Mair.
