    Red Bull Dundee United?

Good friend of mine over in Austria works for Gmbh and disclosed to me the ambitions for their investment in Scottish football and their aim to do so either with a club with history or a new franchise. As with all their previous attempts tie plans are usually protested by fans. I assume this would be the same over here but perhaps not as it would be such a huge opportunity for a city in Scotland to take advantage. It’s a non starter for the old firm and GmbH unlikely to even bother trying, but would a new firm club be so opposed? It would mean a change of colour for United so that would be a stumbling block, aberdeen May be less opposed to it. Thoughts?

Well on the one hand that rules out The Rangers, but on the other rules them in.

Well with Tim logic, we have a similar history to United

1 top tier league title and 1 European final

If a Company wanted to invest multi millions into United so we could compete with the Glasgow bigots, I would be open to discussing changes.

How open exactly, joining forces with the dark side?

    Surely no that open?

Dundee red bull fc could probably challenge but would be a shame to lose both clubs to it.

I’d love to see investment in the famous dufc and bring back the famous euro nights at tanno

The only amalgamation in Dundee will be when the two clubs agree that Tangerine is the colour and home matches played at Tannadice Park.
