When I put my empathic Machiavellian head on sinkov, my thought process goes something like this.

1. EPL club with good support base and room for consumer growth.

2. Super duper globally renowned manager.

3. Big squad and lots of young player potential.

4. Backed by a heavy global financial hitter.

5. ALK Sports connectivity.

6. About $75 million debt hole.

7. Worth $250 million.

I think that scenario is on the horizon.

I think that scenario is on the horizon.

But who's the buyer, I just can't see the potential for growth with a small town club in a tiny stadium. Let's face it, after 4 years as a financially sound PL club, the only offer Garlick got was a leveraged buy-out from someone who had just been knocked back by Sheffield United. What's different now, we might have a bright young manager, but he won't be here long, then what ?
