    Watford match

Positives: They didn't do the double on us. Still undefeated on t'Turf. Obafemi debut goal. Totally p!ssed Watford off with last min equaliser. Oh, and we keep the run of scoring in every game going.
I won't go into the negatives.

Quite so kc. Bachmann in the Watford goal was superb at Vicarage Road and was so near to shutting out Burnley again at the Turf. The last gasp equaliser almost felt like a win and brought back memories of those late late equalisers away to Brighton and at home to Middlesbrough
in our last Championship season. Still only 2 defeats in our last 54 matches in the Championship. Great to see Obafemi on the scoresheet. Now we go away to play off hopefuls Luton & Millwall with the prospect of starting another run of wins.

Foster should have scored before it reached Obafemi

Interesting that we were very slightly of our usual pace tonight and we simply couldn’t deal with a well drilled , physical strong Watford,

The goal was a joke giveaway freebie for them as we were leggy and lethargic in every thing we did ( I guess the cup games drained us )

Hopefully rested and refreshed for the weekend can’t have more performances like that one

    Incidentally the ref was SHOCKING

Great to see we never give up though even when having an off night. Zaroury wasn't at his best and Tella was a tad unfortunate on a couple of occasions.. not too sure about Foster, but he's only had a couple of games. Agdyl did nothing wrong either. Amazing we have only dropped 2 pts in 11games,especially as we are without Benson Thb and a couple of others injured. Hope Beyer injury is not too bad.

Just two observations on the goals. I keep saying it, Muric is not a goalkeeper, he hasn't a clue, he doesn't know what he's doing, nor what he's supposed to be doing. A simple catch turned into a goal for them, after the initial cock up, instead of getting back onto his goal line he was scampering around the penalty area like a kitten chasing a piece of string. BPF has to start the next game, it would be an insult to a perfectly competent goalkeeper to make him sit on the bench and watch a circus act in his position out on the pitch.

At the other end, it was alarming to watch Foster doing a fairly good Wout Weghorst impression as he missed that last minute sitter. BT might have a point.

Also a quick reply to A88, at the time I thought the ref was shocking. Watching it back he was spot on with every decision I thought. All the free kicks he gave Watford, were indeed free kicks. So I have to say as frustrating as it seemed he was actually a very good strong ref.

Agreed U_G, he was pretty much spot on I thought, he let play go on but brought it back if the play fizzled out.

I've seen a whole lot worse this season and that is for sure.

And I've no doubt you'll be seeing a whole lot worse in the games still to come this season as well.
