I'm a bit puzzled that we're going after a left-wing back (as Bridge is described by the Southend Echo) given that Chicksen is outstanding in that position at the moment and scoring goals all over the place. Joel Taylor is a capable under-study at least and scored a goal himself on his only appearance this season on the opposite side, and Cameron can also cover LWB in an emergency, so I'm not sure it's the first priority tbh.

    Would he play?

Apart from the goals which are of course important, the rest of Chicksens game is quite limited going forward. Many a time he is 1 on 1 with opposite wing back but doesn't have the pace or skill to beat his man. Chicksen deserves his place in the team but if we had more pace and trickery down that side like Nemane does on the right, we'd open teams up even more.
