Was there last night! All this complete bollox of passing sideways - passing backwards - playing out from the back. It’s never going to work with bang average players. That first goal was the result of passing it out which invites pressure. Griffiths gives me a heart attack when he passes it out.

Townsend and Furlong are average ( at best ) championship players so it certainly does not work with prattling about with the ball - every time they get caught! O’Shea too small and on many occasions a liability!

Dike can’t even hold the ball up and for a big chap contributes very little. I would go for Asante every time over him!

TGH showed far more energy in 10 minutes than most players all match. Why?
