Next we will be having Premier League matches on TV at 3-00 Saturdays.

    Slippery slope.
Why would other NL games be impacted by our game v Wrexham being on tele?
Not sure what Saturday has to do with our game kicking off on a Monday at 3pm?

Everyone is playing on Easter Monday also mate. Although I'm still not sure people will stay at home or down the pub to watch 2 teams they don't support.

The UEFA TV ban on matches kicking off on Saturday afternoons is to protect the other games played at that time.
Imagine if we were at home on a Saturday afternoon and Florist were live on TV at the same time. Do you not think it would have some effect on our attendance?
On the Monday of our match with Wrexham there are 11 other NL matches all kicking off at the same time. It is bound to have some detrimental effect on those games. Certainly it won't help any of them.
The slippery slope is that soon, BTs' Saturday coverage of the NL will be at 15-00 every week. ( If they continue coverage at all following the introduction of NL TV screening )

As an aside, does anyone know if we as the away team receive any money for being part of the show?
