Bottom line is if everything was going to plan would he no be telling the supporters?
Dundee fans I would imagine just want honesty with good reason.
If it's not gonna happen what's plan b

I would not be surprised to see an announcement from Tim Keyes that his shareholding in Dundee Football Club Limited is up for sale.
We have not heard anything from him apart from him turning up unannounced at a home game at Dens Park last February/March.
It was out of the blue as even the press photographers were unaware that he was to be at the game.
There was no mention of Tim Keyes nor a statement from him at the Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited (DBPH) second Pre Application Notice meeting held at the Landmark Hotel Dundee on 26th September 2022.
As one of the two DBPH directors I would have thought that there would been a statement from Tim Keyes praising the new stadium development and why it would be good for Dundee Football Club and their supporters.
