Bottom line is if everything was going to plan would he no be telling the supporters?
Dundee fans I would imagine just want honesty with good reason.
If it's not gonna happen what's plan b
If it's not gonna happen what does the owner want?
If fans were kept in the loop it would be easier for everyone including nelms.

I would not be surprised to see an announcement from Tim Keyes that his shareholding in Dundee Football Club Limited is up for sale.
We have not heard anything from him apart from him turning up unannounced at a home game at Dens Park last February/March.
It was out of the blue as even the press photographers were unaware that he was to be at the game.
There was no mention of Tim Keyes nor a statement from him at the Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited (DBPH) second Pre Application Notice meeting held at the Landmark Hotel Dundee on 26th September 2022.
As one of the two DBPH directors I would have thought that there would been a statement from Tim Keyes praising the new stadium development and why it would be good for Dundee Football Club and their supporters.

Any signs that things are moving forward with planning process or funding for Campy

You will need to ask John Nelms that question.
Perhaps the Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited loan from Soho Green is the funding for Campy

Islay. I had a look at Companies House. The Soho Green looks to be a very small charity, created to look after a property in Soho. I don't see what is going on at all. Also strange legal firm in Edinburgh looks to have been involved. I wonder if you could have a look?

You were looking in the wrong place.
I enclose details of Soho Green’s website where they state that they specialise in short term lending. https://sohogreen.co.uk/
This lending is not cheap as they charge a monthly interest rate of between 0.75% and 2%.
This equates to between 9% and 24% per annum.
I previously read someone posting on another forum that these lending rates were the equivalent of payday loans for commercial companies.

    Thanks Islay.
