With the length of time it is taking the club to make the appointment, you have got to start asking the question, does anyone actually want the fekin job including Robson??
Then again what half decent football gaffer would want to come to Pittodrie and work under Steven fkn Gunn ffs, hence the reason the last two appointments we both sh1te managers and still are, If they were half decent at all they would never have been here.
Even Barry Robson must be thinking IF!!!!!! these muppets offer me the gig full time would I be able to work under Gunn permanently ffs.
I think we all know the answer to that, and now through the new gadgie Burrows into the mix, it's not really an attractive prospect for any gaffer.
We are all doomed I tell ya, doomed. !!!!!
I doubt Rodriguez is even remotely aware of Gunn's merits or lack of them...and neither would anyone outside Scotland. Robson does though...I'll give you that or anyone fairly friendly with Glass/Goodwin. I see Stephen Robinson has been touted for the role now. Another with connections to Burrows.

Gunn, as has been pointed out previously, is the Director of Football Operations, ie all the behind the scenes boring admin poop.

I’d imagine his input to selection of staff is on content of contracts to ensure the wage structure’s observed etc, getting the buses booked for away games, organising transport and accommodation for scouting, and for new signings that have arrived from beyond Drumlithie. He’s one of them “pencil-necked desk jockeys”, an administrator ancillary to anything that happens in the dressing room, the training ground, and the hallowed turf or away middens..

I had to laugh at the Stephen Robinson suggestion, how innovative, let’s steal St Mirren’s manager again as it worked out so well last time!

I am with you on that one bovril pal. IF they do go down that road then we would all be as well just pack it in.
The silence and apparent lack of activity on this front is rather concerning.

The first name evoked a certain Mr Eoin Jess for me. But you may have inadvertently hit on something here. How about Emma Hayes couldn't be any worse than McInnes Glass Goodwin et'al failing that has to be Dick C and his Brither.
