He can be arrested as often as the police want to for the same offence as long as it is for no more than 12 hours each time. Seemed rather a large, high profile operation to release him without charge so quickly.

He will have had very good legal representation too, which always helps.

Financial crimes are notoriously difficult to prove, but of course there may be nothing going on.
