Can anyone tell me what the alledged issue is here? I know there are rumours of £600 grand being spent on stuff it shouldn't and I know he has seemingly paid the SNP £100k+(?).

So are 'they' saying that he took 600k out the indy fighting fund, spent it on rowies and spades to dig a hole in his garden to hide the rest but then decided to pay a little bit back as a good will gesture?
