O/T ** The use of an old thread

It seems to have caught on raising very very old threads so, as to not cause confusion and folk wondering what's going on with old threads or not aware it may be an old thread, I will where possible add two asteriks ** to the beginning of a header so you know it's an old thread that's been renewed and added to.

There are two up already as examples. Thanks to CT Milller for suggesting this idea, I think it's a good call.

So then, when this thread becomes an old thread and reused does it get **** in front of it?

or do we need permission from the moderators Burke and Hare?

Mods usually disapprove of members bumping old threads and tend to lock them when someone does it.

Thought it was an April fool to start with but it’s funny how we moan about same things 8 years apart need a new striker etc😕

gf, I’m a mod and I’ve bumped two so that blows your theory 😉 I’m all for old threads being revisited from whenever if it stirs debate/replies.
