Is this the biggest game in football history? I'm talking about the biggest in terms of points gained and goals scored.
Have two teams ever gone into a game with a combined total of 200 points and 212 goals scored?

Personally can't wait, said all along I wanted to get to this game with a chance and it's perfectly set for us really. Needing to go there and win suits the way we like to play, we're never going to be a team that can set up to try and keep things tight and nick a draw, and there's enough time until the play-offs that if we do lose then we can look back at how amazing this season has been, reset and go again.
If we do manage to win it, that's when things start to get nervy. Until that point, this is one to enjoy.

They were previewing it as "The 100 club derby" on talkSport this morning and spent quite a lot of time discussing Notts with guest Shaun Derry, who mentioned how much he admired our current owners - because they stay in the background and hardly say anything (no doubt comparing them to the owners he had served as manager of Notts under!), Derry also mentioned that goal by Charlie Palmer, though disappointingly he said he hoped Fword stay up (as his brother supports them).
... well, what a day it's going to be. Judging by the sample Wrexham fans, they do seem rattled. Although they clearly have some talent their 'new' blood haven't had the time to build their team bonding and, under pressure, some of their more seasoned players are likely to revert to their bullying style. So we will no doubt have prepared for the 'bombardment'. It sometimes takes us a little time, on the day, to work out the best way to break teams down; we have an intelligent squad, so I'm looking forward to seeing how we take them apart, as we surely will. Reading their 'would you take a draw' thread, their fans are all over the place, but most wouldn't (although they confuse 'taking' a draw with playing for a draw - very different things). I believe Wrexham, the club, would take a draw if offered to them now. What's interesting is the players - will they all be on the same page as the game goes on? What will be the messages from the manager?
There's going to be ambivalence of some kind with them. Our situation is clear cut and everyone will be on the same page. We can go into the game as killers, they're the ones with something to protect.
