It's a disgrace imo, how can black managers be successful if they keep sacking them. It's the same every season, a black manager loses games, gets them into the relegation zone, and clubs can't wait to hand them their P45s. Football is institutionally racist, there ought to be an inquiry.

There needs to be a replica of the US system sinkov, you either finish the season with who you started or you sack the Head Coach and then it's compulsory to promote from within. Simples!
