Anyone else baffled as to why the likes of Gyabi, Perkins etc don’t get more game time given how highly they are rated and how they have performed when given minutes.

Now Adams is out we lack speed and running in midfield which Gyabi has. Roca and McKennie look slow and exposed when we lose the ball.

Also not sure why some of the loaners are not recalled - Drameh, Hjelde and Cresswell could all surely do a job.

They will do a job for us next season in the Championship hopey and should give us mid table stability.

Think there are more than a few of us who share your bafflement (and lack of a rational explanation as to why players who clearly have potential seem to be ignored)

There is of course one possible explanation, relates to a bugbear of mine ever since the 49ers showed up and their influence as to who we buy, and who we play. Most of those you mention (Loanees particularly) came in prior to Bielsas departure, and apart I think from Perkins, none following Marsch replacing him. All those who play regularly (and obviously the large contingent of US players), have arrived since the 49ers arrived on the scene. Radrizzani and Kinnear need to grow a spine and a pair and tell the 49ers bag carrier that playing the crop of largely rubbish that has been foisted on the club is going to get us relegated, and provide Gracia with the ability to play who he thinks can do the job (including recalling the loanees you mention (Cresswell has recently undergone surgery, so no point looking in that direction)).

They won't, of course.

Of course, they don't understand any savings they'll experience on the up front cost will be more than offset by the lost revenue from the prem as well as the pennies on the dollar they'll get for the "prem level players" they'll have to sell.

If they are that stupid (and I really don't think they are, despite my comments about them being out of their depth in the PL management game), then we are in deeper doo doo than I thought!

Like I said before. Managers rely on the ones that got us in the shyte to get us out. Point been whats the point lol

Cynic in me says the club are holding them back, so bonuses, wage increases and transfer fees ( owed) are not inflated based on 1st team appearances.

Those in charge of recruitment/development wouldn't know what talent is if it jumper up and bit them (and yes, there is no doubt that Gnonto was just a fluke)
