I don't think you can conclude one way or another. They will have run up against the 12 hour limit for "charge or release" so will have opted to release so they can digest what they have learned when he was under caution today. They can arrest and release as many times as they like for the same offence and at the end of all of that either charge him or not. It is always a possibility that what he has said today could influence what they may or may not do in relation to other persons that are being investigated

You sound relieved, As an Independent supporter you should be very alarmed at what's been going on within the SNP ! But there's the whole point You Don't know !! You never have ! The gerrymandering of the NEC, The vile abuse dished out by the Trans lobby all condoned by Sturgeon and her cabal. The same cabal who tried to have Salmond jailed.
